- Maintain accurate client account and personal information within firm systems and custodial platforms.
- Assist in fulfilling client requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with advisory teams to support a seamless client experience.

Desired Skills And Experience
- 2 years of experience in a client service role within the wealth management industry.
- Series 65 license OR Series 7 & 66
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
