The Marketing & Creative Recruiter is responsible for helping drive the continued growth of our company by identifying and placing top marketing and creative talent. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies, leveraging industry networks, and implementing new, creative recruiting ideas. The recruiter will serve as a consultant to our clients, helping them build exceptional marketing and creative teams. This role is critical in ensuring we continue to recruit and place the most talented marketing and creative professionals in Minnesota and beyond.

Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including new clients and search partners.
- Partner with marketing and creative industry clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Recruit and attract top marketing and creative professionals, from brand strategists and digital marketers to designers and content creators.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage high-quality talent.
- Screen all resumes for qualifications and position requirements while maintaining an up-to-date internal database.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with qualified candidates and refer them for further interviews.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.
- Stay informed about marketing and creative industry trends to serve as a knowledgeable consultant to both candidates and clients.
- Undergraduate degree in a business, entrepreneurship, psychology, or technology-related field
- A team player who is also highly motivated by individual results.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing and creative roles—including digital
- marketing, brand strategy, social media, and design.
- A polished business professional with strong executive presence.
- Self-driven, highly competitive, and results-oriented.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
