Responsibilities
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept development to product launch and post-launch analysis.
- Develop and execute strategic product plans that align with the company’s business objectives and market trends.
- Monitor product performance, gather market feedback, and make recommendations for product improvements or discontinuation. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure that product development timelines, production requirements, and customer needs are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and ensure alignment across all functions. Market and Trend Analysis:
- Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitive products to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive. Demand Planning and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with the supply chain and sales teams to develop accurate product forecasts and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Lead demand planning processes to ensure that products are available to meet market needs while managing costs effectively. Product Communication and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed product plans, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on product status and any risks or opportunities.
- Track and report on key product metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Desired Skills And Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Experience:
- 5 years of experience in product management or product planning, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
- Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
- Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution. Skills:
