SkyWater is partnering with a long-time medical device client looking for a Product Manager. This is an exciting growth stage for a smaller company. The role has significant autonomy and portfolio ownership. They are looking for someone with upstream and downstream product management experience and experience in ophthalmology-related products.
Responsibilities
- Oversee portfolio and align product strategy with business goals.
- Execute the product roadmap, identify new products, and manage lifecycle from concept to end-of-life. Conduct business case analysis and define customer requirements through direct engagement.
- Conduct market research to inform product positioning and gather customer feedback.
- Drive margin and EBITDA growth with effective product strategies.
- Build relationships with commercial teams and key opinion leaders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and others to achieve goals and support product training.
Desired Skills And Experience
- Bachelors Degree with 4 years in marketing including 1 years in the medical device industry and 2 years experience in upstream product management.
- Goal-focused professionals with a proven track record of meeting business objectives and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, effectively conveying information and ensure mutual understanding.
- Excellent Voice of Customer (VOC) experience, converting user needs into product specs.
