As a Sales Associate Recruiter you will be responsible for helping drive the continued growth of our Human Resoures practice. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Responsibilities
- Recruit/attract top talent using industry leading recruiting tools and referrals to attract the very best Finance and Accounting candidates
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including new clients & search partners
- Partner with both existing & new clients as a consultant for their hiring needs
- A team player who is also highly motivated by individual results
- 1-3 years experience working in a professional environment, preferably in a recruiting or sales-focused role or experience within a Finance & Accounting function.
- Polished business professional with a strong executive presence
- Self-driven and competitive in nature
