This individual will leads and/or participate in the design, administration, implementation, communication, and governance of the organization’s retirement benefits, including 401(k), ESSP, deferred compensation, pension benefits, and more. While this role is focused on retirement benefits, this individual will be cross functionally trained in health and welfare benefits to ensure consistent plan administration and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the 401(k) plan, including conducting annual non-discrimination testing, reconciling match true-ups, and managing auto-enrollment increases. -Administer the company’s global Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) for 4,000 employees, ensuring effective communication, accurate system setup, and seamless operation. -Manage the monthly reconciliation and annual open enrollment process for the Deferred Compensation Plan. -Coordinate annual pension funding communications and lead various pension-related projects as assigned. -Actively contribute to the Benefits Finance Committee and Benefits Plans Committee initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. -Over 5 years of experience in benefits analysis and administration, specifically focused on retirement benefits. -Proven expertise in HRIS/Payroll systems, with a preference for Workday. -Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits, including ERISA regulations, health and welfare plans, retirement benefits, processes, administration, and financial analysis. -Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
