The role is a mix of consulting and compliance and looking for someone who likes to BUILD/CREATE processes as you won’t be “handed a playbook” on day 1.

We are targeting forward looking, strategic players who understand how to partner across the business while making sure to stay compliant and diligent.

Ideal background is 10-15 years experience within a Real Estate (or PE-Backed) environment, leading their tax function.
