Senior Product Manager

SkyWater is partnering with a long time medical device client looking for an Senior Product Manager. This is an exciting growth stage smaller company with a role with significant autonomy and portfolio ownership. They are looking for someone with upstream and downstream product management experience preferably in the medical device industry.

The role is onsite 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio and align product strategy with business goals.
• Execute the product roadmap, identify new products, and manage lifecycle from concept to end-of-life. Conduct business case analysis and define customer requirements through direct engagement.
• Conduct market research to inform product positioning and gather customer feedback.
• Drive margin and EBITDA growth with effective product strategies.
• Build relationships with commercial teams and key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and others to achieve goals and support product training.

Desired Skills And Experience

• Bachelors Degree with 4 years in marketing including 1 years in the medical device industry and 2 years experience in upstream product management.
• Goal-focused professionals with a proven track record of meeting business objectives and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, effectively conveying information and ensure mutual understanding.
• Excellent Voice of Customer (VOC) experience, converting user needs into product specs.
• Strategic planning, market analysis, and strong problem-solving abilities. Skilled at organizing and prioritizing multiple projects.
• Solution-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
