SkyWater has partnered with a a global medical manufactruing client to help them find a Senior SAP Business Analyst (brand new position). The SAP IT Sr Business Analyst is responsible for defining functional requirements and configuring systems supporting customer care, mainly in SAP S/4. This role focuses on customer care, service, and repair, with potential involvement in other processes.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, process owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions. Additionally, you’ll help drive adherence to standards, guidelines, and best practices.

**Must be local to the Twin Cities & compfortable being onsite 2-3x/week. No sponsorship available**

Desired Skills And Experience

• 4-year technical degree
• 3 years of supporting/using SAP ERP (S/4)
• Local to the Twin Cities
• Strong communication skills in order to work with cross functional teams.
