SkyWater is hiring an Accounts Payable Processor to expand our team and support the growth of the Company. This role will be involved in various aspects of the vendor relations, financial accuracy, and operational excellence. This position will partner with all departments of the Company to drive accountability and collaboration with accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system, NetSuite.
• Track outstanding invoices to propose payments via checks, ACH, wires, and other methods.
• Proactively resolve discrepancies in existing balances via vendor statement reconciliations, expense report reviews, and reviewing corporate card transactions.
• Administer and maintain various changes such as vendor and employee records within our ERP system, banking system, and corporate card systems.
• Address and resolve inquiries or issues timely for both external vendors and internal employees.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls in the procure to pay process such as execution of the three-way match.
• Provide training to company stakeholders to support operational excellence and efficient procure to pay processes.
• Support the Accounting team and the month end close process through various analyses, reports, and reconciliations.
• Partner with key departments to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in the procure to pay process.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years’ experience, Associate’s degree with 3 years’ experience, or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field with 0-2 years’ experience in an accounts payable role
• Skills:
• Understanding of basic principles of finance or accounting
• Basic understanding of entering invoices and/or tracking outstanding invoices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of SOX controls
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an accounts payable role
• Experience with NetSuite, Wells Fargo CEO Admin, and Squareworks automation
• Organized and proactive with an ability to manage multiple activities in a timely manner
• Ability to anticipate process issues and solve problems in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to work as part of a team

The annual salary range for this role is $56,720 - $85,080. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
