Required Skills and Experience
- 12 years of experience in data engineering, with hands-on experience in data warehouse migration projects.
- Strong expertise with IBM iSeries DB2, IBM Sailfish, and Snowflake.
- Proven experience in data modeling with Snowflake, including star schema and snowflake schema design principles.
- Proficiency in using DBT for data transformation and Prefect for workflow orchestration.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google BigQuery.
- Solid knowledge of data warehouse design, data modeling, and ETL / ELT processes.
- Proficient in SQL and experienced with performance tuning for large-scale databases
- Experience in Google Analytics
- Experience in Change Data Capture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex data requirements.
