The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently, while also implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing production control measures to ensure that deadlines are met, and quality standards are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- 5 years CNC Experience
- Excellent supervisory skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional and efficient manner
- Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience implementing production control measures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
