The Skyworks Columbus branch is looking for a full-time Service Writer to assist the Service department.
The ideal Service Writer is professional and detailed-oriented. Responsibilities include:
- opening and organizing work orders
- assisting Service Manager with fleet organization in operating system
- organizing customer service requests
- assisting with parts sales and inventory
- assisting Service Manager with daily operations
Prior customer service experience is beneficial. Knowledge of construction equipment is a plus.
