Mask Assembly automation intern will be responsible for
- Support and optimize mask assembly procedures for internal processes including GaAs and Filters
- Interface with design teams, technology development teams, and factories to define and support automation of floorplanning and overall tapeout flows to improve efficiencies
- Manage and create Mask level DRC and quality checks including package related considerations for wirebond, bumps or pillars
- Provide physical mask accessories layout support for new developing processes
- Bachelorsor Masters student. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering
- Knowledge with MaskCad/layout experience
- Experience with Cadence layout Editor Tool
- Highly motivated with excellent team spirit, strong ownership and openness
- Experience with IC fab
The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
