Job Description
バックエンドに関連する新規技術・新規プロセス開発の主にスパッタリング・ドライエッチング・プラズマクリーニング工程を担当して頂きます。
- 新規技術の導入に当たり、既存プロセスとの互換性と効率性を確保した最適なプロセスフローの構築を行って頂きます。
- 安定した歩留、特性、信頼性確保するため、各工程で適切な検査の導入や、ターゲット及びスペックの設定を実施して頂きます。
- 歩留データを分析し、根本要因を特定し、プロセスの最適化及びばらつき改善等の改善活動を推進頂きます。
- 設計、製造、品質保証、およびフロントエンドの開発メンバーと緊密に連携して、技術的な問題を解決します。
- デザインルールの設定および検証を実施頂きます。
Requirements
必須
- 電子部品及び半導体業界において技術者として３年以上のご経験
- 電子部品及び半導体製造におけるウエット工程(スパッタリング、ドライエッチング、プラズマクリーニング、関連設備 等)に関する知識
- Windows, Excel, PowerPointなどの基本的なビジネスITスキル。

- 電子部品もしくは半導体デバイスにおけるプロセスフロー構築及び最適化（計測手法の確立も含む）、プロセス構造設計の経験
- 電子部品もしくは半導体デバイスにおける新規プロセス・新規製品の開発に携わった経験
- Clean room作業及び各種測定の取り扱い経験（CD-SEM、膜厚測定など）
- ExensioやJMP等、様々な分析ツールを使った各種データ分析のご経験
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、英語での書面作成及びプレゼンテーション能力
