Summary
スカイワークスではスマートフォンなどの無線通信機器向けに、半導体薄膜プロセスを利用してSAW/BAWフィルタデバイスを量産しています。量産工程の品質・歩留まりを継続的に改善するため、SAW/BAWドライエッチング工程の要素技術に基づく要因特定とプロセス改善を行っています。そのため、ドライエッチング技術者を募集しています。
Responsibilities
- SAW/BAWドライエッチング工程のプロセス条件確立、設備改善によるプロセス安定化、品質確保
- プロセス／設備両面からのアプローチによる設備間差の縮小化と安定化
- FDC、設備ログなど設備データを用いたプロセス／設備状態の監視手法の確立
- 最適プロセスフローの確立（計測手法の確立も含む）
- ドライエッチングプロセス・装置にかかるコストダウン取組の推進
Requirments
- BAW/SAWフィルターや半導体デバイスにおいてプロセス技術/設備技術、特にドライエッチング工程の業務経験を有すること(経験5年以上)
- 何事にも恐れることなくチャレンジする精神があり、物事に積極的且つ前向きに取り組むことができること
- 論理的思考による問題解決プロセスに取り組むことができること
歓迎
- ドライエッチングプロセス以外にFDC・設備ログデータ等を活用した設備監視業務の経験がある方。APC手法/システムの開発構築経験がある方。
- 業務上必要な日常会話レベル以上の語学力（英語）
