Job Description
In this critical role, you will be responsible for Technical / Business Project Management of one or more mixed-signal integrated circuit projects from product concept to product launch and mass production. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional development team comprised of Design Engineering, Systems / Validation Engineering, Package Engineering, Product and Test Engineering, Quality and Reliability, etc., to assure compliance with specifications, cost targets, critical milestones, prototype sample on-time delivery, and successful transition to production. You will develop detailed project schedules with a clear understanding of critical path, dependencies, identify and manage risks, and report status regularly and, where applicable, lead customers. PMs must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communications skills, excel at problem solving and collaboration, be comfortable with high levels of complexity and uncertainty, and bring a proven track record of successful execution in a matrix organization.
