Description

We’re looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing activities for indirect spend cost category. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that our products are made with high-quality suppliers. You are responsible for the health of the sourcing strategy, drive required business decision and assure that risks in the plan are mitigated, and opportunities captured. Responsibilities

As a Sourcing Manager, you are responsible for approaching complex business sourcing challenges from different angles and balance the interests of different stakeholders.

You will meet with internal stakeholders such as Information technology team, Facilities operations, FAB engineering, Accounting, Human resource, Accounting team & create sourcing plans. You will interact with and give advice to the Business Lines, Finance and other stakeholders on the Sourcing plans which benefits the overall organization.

Besides delivering the best sourcing strategy, you will be responsible for :

• Develop geographic criteria to source, screen and qualify potential vendors and suppliers,
• Drive end to end commercials and keep stakeholders engaged throughout the journey of the sourcing activities,
• Lead category strategy and negotiation playbook setup,
• Implement and execute sourcing strategies, including identifying the new sources of supply,
• Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential supplier partners,
• Manage vendor performance scorecards and drive Quarterly Business review,
• Maintain vendor database (including contact information, organizational history, and performance metrics),
• Play a key role in developing, maintaining, and improving the organizational purchasing policies,
• Drive efficiency in purchase requisition management program, PO automation, commercial processes,
• Work closely with IT to automate process where possible, Training and rollout of the solutions to all parts of the organization,
• Communicates effectively and proactively, engaging stakeholders across the organization to facilitate Purchase requisition process improvements

Required Experience and Skills

BBA major in supply chain plus 5 years experience or MBA desired or Bachelors with 10 years experience in procurement preferred,

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD  $89,100 -  $172,100 per year . Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick / wellness, parental leave), among others.
