Responsibilities
- No experience necessary, will train thoroughly to ensure success.
- Collaborate with inside team to ensure a seamless roof replacement for homeowners.
- Inspect roofs and property to determine the scope of damage and need for repair.
- Develop leads & referrals to generate positive reviews by maintaining relationships.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge to effectively communicate roofing needs with homeowners during contract signings.
- Work with homeowners and insurance adjusters to effectively determine the scope of damage during adjustment appointments.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with former/current clients for customer satisfaction and referrals.
Skills
- Must be comfortable climbing roofs and have the ability to carry a ladder.
- Excellent communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to thrive in an outside sales environment.
- Passion for driving business growth through proactive sales efforts.
- Utilize CRM software's and technology to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
