This is a full-time, salaried position requiring 40 hours per week, with occasional nights and weekends.
Sales Position Guidelines -
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following....
- Cold calling - making unsolicited phone calls with the goal of generating leads, setting appointments, or making sales, use school district websites, googling local churches and camps.
- Following up with all groups we have engaged with. There should be a comprehensive log detailing our discussions and the current status of each group, including their likelihood of booking.
- Should be confident and approachable when interacting with new people over the phone and email.
- Follow up with booked groups to secure payments, confirm details, and obtain participant lists.
Sales Position Responsibilities -
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following....
- Answer phone calls and serve as the primary point of contact for anyone reaching out to the park.
- Answer/Return calls that come into the park inquiring about group bookings.
- Confirm and review all birthday party details via phone and email. Organize the park in preparation for weekly events.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks at the park as assigned by the General Manager.
