Job Title: Aesthetic Sales Customer Representative

We’re hiring a driven, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Aesthetic Sales Customer Representative to help us maximize patient appointments and grow our practice! Patient Communication:
● Call patients at their requested times to confirm eligibility for various treatments.
● Schedule and book in-office appointments based on phone consultations.
● Handle sensitive patient information, including credit card numbers for deposits, with the utmost confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Lead Management:
● Call leads within 2-3 minutes of inquiry (unless on a client call)
● Nurture leads by following up with text messages and phone calls throughout the week.
● Convert leads into scheduled appointments by providing detailed information and assistance.
Follow-Up:
● Follow up and confirm existing appointments
● Follow up and re-book future appointments
● Follow up and Re-engage past patients & appointments
● Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and updates in the scheduling system.
Collaboration:
● Work closely with the medical spa team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
● Communicate any patient concerns or feedback to the relevant staff members.
● Work with a growth team in strategizing ways to decrease no show rates to phone bookings and increase in office bookings and sales (your feedback and skillset is important!)
Qualifications:
● Bachelors or College degree (with focus in health & aesthetics preferred)
● Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical or spa setting.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
● Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM software.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong follow-up skills and persistence in lead nurturing.
● High energy, bubbly personality with a focus on giving patients a warm, welcoming, and exciting first impression!

Engagement: Part-time, ongoing potential for full time quickly
Availability: Throughout standard US hours (Centra time Chicago)
Base Salary: Starting at $10/hour ($20-$30/Hour OTE)
Commission Incentives:
● $10 for every booked appointment you make from our lead list (high volume).
● $10 for every booked appointment you make from phone consults requested by patients (high volume)
