In this role, the Community Relations Trainee will collaborate closely with the Community Relations Manager to facilitate and execute our community outreach events. This position involves direct interaction with potential customers at various community-based events, aiming to enhance revenue and raise awareness for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with upper management to design and implement community-focused outreach campaigns for our non-profit clients.
- Support team members in revenue generation and brand recognition initiatives at community events.
- Foster meaningful connections and build lasting relationships with community members.
- Educate the community about our non-profit partners’ initiatives, both locally and nationwide.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and progress.
- Stay informed about current marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- A strong sense of community and a desire to give back is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage comfortably with community members.
- Previous experience in community outreach or volunteer roles is a plus.
