To support our expected growth in the coming months, we are hiring a full time Event Marketing Assistant to aid with our fundraising efforts. This role will play an integral part in our ability to exceed our clients fundraising goals and aid in generating brand awareness on their behalf.
Event Marketing Assistant Responsibilities :
- Use promotional marketing and sales techniques to engage community members and facilitate the generation of funds on their behalf
- Cultivate relationships with local community members, businesses, and potential donors.
- Engage with attendees and participants before, during, and after the event to ensure positive experiences.
- Track event-related donations and sponsor commitments.
- Help analyze attendance, revenue, and other key performance metrics.
- Provide general support to the event team as needed.
