What You’ll Do:
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the community for our non-profit clients, fostering long-term relationships and trust with potential donors
- Successfully execute sales presentations to secure donations
- Participate in grassroots fundraising initiatives
- Engage with potential donors, giving key highlights and explanations for where donated funds are allocated
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective and timely service to non-profit clients
- Track performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
