Position- Assistant Superintendent – Healthcare & Occupied Renovations

Our client, a respected general contractor, is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support healthcare and occupied renovation projects. What You’ll Do:
- Assist in overseeing safety, quality, and scheduling on-site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, site cleanliness, and daily reports.
- Act as a key liaison between the field team, design team, and trade partners to resolve issues efficiently.
- Enforce safety protocols and infection prevention measures on healthcare projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to plans, specs, and client expectations.
- Support logistics planning to minimize disruptions in occupied healthcare environments.
- Assist with punch list management and project closeout to deliver high-quality results.
What You Bring:
- At least one completed healthcare construction project.
- 2-4 years of field supervision experience (occupied renovations, mission-critical, or healthcare preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Procore, MS Excel, MS Project, and other construction management tools.
- OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).
