Project Manager (Level 1 and/or 2)
Our client, a reputable General Contractor in the DC/Baltimore area, is seeking a Project Manager with experience managing federal government projects. If you’re a proven leader with expertise in Job Order Contracts (JOC), IDIQs, and FAR regulations, this is your opportunity to join a growing team managing impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of multiple federal government projects, from planning to closeout.
- Ensure compliance with FAR regulations, government standards, and contract terms.
- Oversee Job Order Contracts (JOC) and IDIQ project execution with precision.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain excellent client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction with at least 3 years working on fed gov projects.
- Proven experience working on federal government projects for a General Contractor.
- Familiarity with Job Order Contracts (JOC), IDIQs, and FAR regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience with projects under $5M in scope.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
