SLA Executive Search is a boutique executive search firm focused on the Investment Banking, Investment Management and Corporate Affairs industries. Based in New York City, we are looking for a talented, ambitious entry-level professional, who is looking to play a pivotal role in the development of the firm.
The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate looking start their professional career in a small growing company. This is a dynamic, sales-driven environment that offers a lot of exposure for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and work alongside CEO, assisting day-to-day activities and organizing, arranging interviews with clients.
- Create detailed market maps across various sectors within investment banking, investor relations, and other financial services industries
- Update and manage our CRM database
- Conduct industry research on prospective clients
- Assist with marketing efforts (pitchbooks, email marketing, social media)
- Conduct fact-based research and analysis
Qualifications:
- Must have prior work/internship experience.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with individuals over the phone
- Ability to work in a dynamic, small team environment, as well as the ability to work independently with little direction
- Strong writing skills and presentation skills
- Proficient using PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Wix, etc
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise with CRM databases, Excel, and PowerPoint
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
