Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Process accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and invoicing.
- Oversee compliance with industry regulations, permits, and insurance.
- Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between field teams, project managers, and office staff.
- Handle vendor and client communication professionally.
- Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding and maintaining employee records.
