Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordination of Events: Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and activities, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
- Feedback Management: Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service quality.
- Operational Support: Support daily operations by assisting with scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Training and Development: Assist in training new staff members on hospitality standards and procedures.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of event details, and operational activities, ensuring timely documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:
