Your Specific Responsibilities Include
- Provide complex administrative or operational support with minimal supervision. Core duties of the Senior Administrative Associate include, but not limited to the follow:
- Manages complex calendars, travel arrangements and associated logistics.
- Plans, prioritizes, and coordinates logistics for meetings, and conferences, and events involving internal and external stakeholders, including executives, senior staff, donors, and government officials.
- Composes correspondence; develops, reviews and edits presentations and documentation; independently researches and analyzes associated issues and/or compiles materials needed for presentation and/or decision-making purposes.
- Prepares agendas and coordinates planning arrangements for senior-level meetings and conferences.
- Interfaces with other laboratory directorates, U.S. Department of Energy, and Stanford University
- Creates presentations as directed by senior leadership.
- Serves as back up when needed for colleagues in the office
- Anticipates potential outcomes of actions or decisions and takes appropriate action independently to ensure outcomes are consistent with objectives.
- Manages multiple projects; anticipates and tracks critical dates and events; follows up with appropriate parties to ensure deadlines are met.
- Plans, schedules and manages logistics for reviews, site visits, conferences and external committees.
- Responsible for filing systems and ensuring all pertinent information and supporting materials are retained.

- Bachelor¿s degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
