30% Lead, 30% Sell, 20% Strategize, 20% Operate
Your Team
You will be joining a high performing team that will both push and support you. You will have direct responsibility for a team of software engineers with diverse backgrounds and experience levels. You will be responsible for the culture and connectedness of the entire team in your build center, regardless of whom they report to.

- Partner with sales and account teams to share the Slalom Build story to clients and drive pursuits from qualification to kick-off.
- Collaborate with the entire leadership team to build teams and ensure successful project delivery.
- Directly manage the software engineering team in your Build Center.
- Engage actively with our recruiting team with candidates in our recruiting pipeline.
- Drive the culture and connection across teams in your Build Center.
- Oversee the operations of your Build Center.
- Explore, define and execute our ongoing strategy with our leadership team.
