Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for Lead is $76,000-$136,000, for Manager is $92,000-$175,000, and for Sr. Manager is $113,000-$215,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You'll Do
- Manage Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews (QBRs/MBRs) and facilitate top-to-top connections, both planned and ad hoc, to strengthen relationships and drive collaboration.
- Oversee integration initiatives within Slalom, including GenAI and industry teams.
- Conduct internal marketing activities, community calls, office hours, and regional syncs.
- Track certifications, manage internal training programs, and publish newsletters in a new format and cadence, covering all Slalom industries.
- Manage the rhythm of the business, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of strategic initiatives. Publish a monthly update (RoB) of key activities and achievements for leadership.
- Coordinate the AWS Business Unit's participation in major events such as AWS re:Invent and summits, as well as localized events like happy hours, roadshows, and webinars.
- Manage relationships with key partners and programs such as AWS ProServe, GenAI, Inferentia, Q, Mainframe Modernization, Graviton, VMware, and others.
- Lead the rollout of major initiatives, including strategy and communications. Determine focus areas, identify key stakeholders at AWS, and establish connections to drive alignment and impact.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and foster collaboration across teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- A forward-thinking approach with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications and experience in technology partnerships and program management are a plus.
