Job Title: Digital Service & Chatbots Developer - Global Salesforce
You will work in conjunction with the project Architect to build the technical solution for a client need based around Service Cloud and its peripheral products that enable customer facing communication. Depending on the project's nature, you will be required to configure the solution within the Salesforce platform and/or perform custom development and may be called on to assist with activities like scoping and documentation.

Responsibilities
- Works closely with the project team to scope, design, and build well-designed custom code on the Salesforce platform
- Participate in technical design sessions and develop detailed technical solution and deployment documentation that is aligned with client business objectives
- Follow and help define coding standards. Participate in code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
- Participate in collaboration with project team and with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
- Develop, test, and document solutions, custom development, channel enablement, and data elements of a business application in the Digital Service domain
- Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown for assigned tasks
- Own the custom development effort for the duration of a project
- Work with a business analyst / consultant to lead or participate in training of technical solution components
- Assist with technical qualifications and requirements for potential clients and pursuits
- Travel Requirement: up to 50% travel for the Global Salesforce Team
- Salesforce and Service Cloud experience
- Digital Engagement experience is ideal (Enhanced Messaging Channels, Chatbots, setup and customization)
- Embedded Service (Live Agent, OmniChannel, etc) experience is ideal
- Strong Salesforce development experience required
- Web development experience ideal
- Git repository strategy and implementation experience ideal
- 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience
- Nice to have: At least some exposure to Generative AI technologies
- Nice to have: Prompt Engineering capabilities
- Nice to have: Some knowledge of RAG with Foundational Models
