As a Managing Director, you'll help steer the company. You will manage and develop strategic client relationships while ensuring the highest quality client work and while inspiring, leading, sponsoring and developing your team. You will have the opportunity to be an entrepreneur, opening up new opportunities for client impact and reinventing Slalom's approaches. This role offers a unique opportunity to own the business growth, including the design and management of strategy, core capabilities, talent and pipeline.

What You'll Do
Lead and Develop Teams
- Set the vision for and lead the direction of the Data & Technology team for the Atlanta market. You will keep an eye on major trends and disruptions within technology and be able to identify and advise clients on opportunities created by those disruptions
- Mature our Data & Technology community, develop our experts and industry offerings, and share our stories.
- Support team member development through coaching and mentoring, career management, project staffing and help support recruiting and onboarding activities.
- Drive change through empathy and understanding of individuals and teams within Slalom.
