- Experience and Expertise : At least 3 years of experience in change management, organizational design, communication, learning, and / or talent management. Previous experience in a management consulting environment or project-based internal roles is highly desirable.
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in developing and implementing structured change management approaches for large-scale, complex business transformations or technology adoption initiatives.
- Communication Prowess : Strong ability to craft and deliver clear, compelling messages to audiences at all organizational levels, from frontline employees to senior executives.
