About the Role :
The Client Partner will be a key leader in expanding Slalom's presence in Louisville, driving growth in the healthcare industry.
In this role, you will build trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients, gaining a deep understanding of their strategies and objectives. Your responsibilities will center on representing Slalom's technical services at assigned accounts-helping to set strategic direction, deliver solutions, lead and coach teams, drive new sales, and manage accounts.
The ideal candidate brings consulting experience in professional services, with a strong blend of delivery expertise, business development skills, and industry acumen.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading engagements from strategy through delivery.
- Develop and expand Slalom's presence within the healthcare industry.
- Own business development activities, including crafting proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and leveraging subject matter expertise to secure new engagements.
- Partner with clients to align Slalom's capabilities with their business and technology roadmaps.
- Drive a revenue responsibility and carry a utilization target
- Identify and lead growth strategies that expand Slalom's offerings across industries.
- Oversee project delivery and execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong client relationships.
- Stay informed on industry best practices, market trends, and emerging business needs across healthcare and adjacent industries.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, providing leadership and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
