Client Partner - Media & Communications (Director/Senior Director)

Slalom Los Angeles is seeking a Client Partner who is looking to make a local impact, sell transformational solutions & manage both enterprise and mid-market clients. We are open to hiring for this role at the Director or Senior Director level. In this role, you will be tasked with proactively identifying opportunities to help clients within the Media & Communications industries to meet their objectives while ensuring high quality delivery of the entire suite of Slalom offerings.

What You'll DoOwn direct revenue responsibility of $5m as Director or $12.5m as Senior DirectorManage individual and team utilization range depending on client needs - individual utilization target of 40% as Director or 20% as Senior DirectorResponsible for profitability of assigned local accounts (revenue & utilization goals)Identify opportunities for growth / maturation of Slalom offerings and set the strategic directionProvide oversight and governance of all sold / managed engagementsDrive business development with the proper information (creation of SOW, RFP responses), tools and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the verticalDevelop & deliver best practices, delivery templates and POV papersObtain and maintain certification where appropriate (CSM, PMP, ITIL, Prosci, etc.)Maintain awareness of industry best practices and understand how Slalom capabilities interactOversee project delivery quality assuranceFacilitate client satisfaction surveysSupport recruiting and onboarding of new employeesCollaborate with local and national strategy initiativesWhat You'll Bring

Client management / leadership experience within a formal management consulting environmentThe ability to effectively balance business development, contracting / negotiating, solutioning, client engagement, delivery excellence enablement, operations / financial management and team / people management all in a single roleExpert-level project delivery, including all aspects of project / program managementPrevious P&L ownership and responsibilitiesActive and transferable relationships within Media, Entertainment & Communications industries

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $175,000 to $281,000 for Director and $206,000 to $329,000 for Senior Director. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
