We are looking for a Cloud Platform-Agnostic Cybersecurity leader to join our team and contribute to designing, implementing, and assessing modern cloud security solutions across multiple platforms while actively supporting building outcome-based solutions and go to market motions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation in cybersecurity, hands-on exposure to DevSecOps practices, and a working knowledge of modern Secure SDLC and its underlying processes and tooling.
This role is ideal for an experienced security professional who has practical experience across major cloud platforms including but not limited to AWS, Azure, GCP and wants to evolve into a client-facing leader and strategic advisor.
You will work with cross-functional teams to assess, design, and implement modern cloud security architectures, advise clients on risk posture, and help deliver measurable security outcomes across industries and leading the solution development teams and GTM motions as the sub-capability lead.
As a multi-cloud security leader, your expertise will guide organizations toward adopting secure, scalable, and resilient architecture regardless of the Cloud service provider.
You will work closely with senior consultants and client teams and ultimately clients to help shape and deliver secure cloud architectures, enhance security posture, and integrate security into agile software delivery workflows. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
- Support cloud security projects across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments.
- Have a strong undertesting of the implementation of the corresponding technologies and in alignment with security framework and controls related to identity, access, networking, and data protection.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate security tooling in CI/CD pipelines (shift-left).
- Experience with modern Threat Modeling for modern product and platform engineering
- Assist in developing and deploying infrastructure-as-code (IaC) security baselines.
- Assist in developing and deploying Cloud Native Application Protection CNAPP solutions
- Mentor and coach consultants and support thier professional growth and development
- Assist in developing and deploying DAST, SAST, RAST Tooling.
- Help clients assess gaps and risks in cloud environments based on industry frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001) and triaging the objective controls to corresponding pragmatic solutions and technical controls.
- Document findings and recommendations in clear, client-ready reports and presentations.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, templates, and internal toolkits.
- 15 years of experience in cybersecurity or cloud security roles.
- Pragmatic understanding of the principles of defense in depth. secure by design, and Zero Trust.
- Experience designing or evaluating security controls across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Familiarity with IAM (e.g., RBAC, ABAC, PBAC), MFA, SSO, Identity Federation, Auth.Z / Auth.N protocols.
- Understanding of container and Kubernetes security, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and DevSecOps.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or FedRAMP.
- Excellent client communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to lead workstreams and mentor junior team members.
- Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Exposure to IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Strong understanding of modern software development workflows and agile methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with container security (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/AKS/GKE).
- Basic scripting experience (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation.
- Relevant certifications such as Security , AWS/Azure/GCP Security Foundations, or HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate.
- Experience working in consulting or professional services.
- Exposure to CSPM, CWPP, DSPM, CNAPP, or third-party security tools (e.g., Prisma, Wiz, Orca, Tenable).
- Experience writing policies or leading compliance readiness efforts.
