We are looking for a strong IT Program Delivery Project Manager with 10 years of experience in ERP systems and comes from strong management consulting background.
This is a 6 months contract.

We need a leader to prepare for Release 2 of our clients' Program implementation and future releases which will ramp up site implementations and support the IT Enterprise Application Owner with key milestones and priorities. We are working on a global program implementation that has been going on for over two years, with the purpose of putting customer experience at the center of our client’s processes and systems, while accelerating and improving the ease of doing business for both our customers and our teams. Architecture includes: Lead to Opportunity (Marketo/Salesforce Pardot), Opportunity to Contract (Global Salesforce, Oracle QPQ, APTTUS), Provisioning & Service (Oracle Order Management, ServiceNow, MCIM, Revenue and Billing (Oracle Subscription and Revenue, Invoicing, P2P), General Ledger (Yardi), and a Customer Portal.

The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Role Requires
- 10-20 years of experience in program management leading complex global programs
- Deep experience in ERP implementations (Oracle is ideal) and integration points with other technologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively and deliver messaging to c-suite levels in a fast-paced Global IT organization
- Management consulting background is required
- Identifying weakness in experience levels or capability with current program management resources
- Providing recommendations to uplevel specific project manager talent to provide accountability and consistency in project management capabilities and methodology across all aspects of the project.
- Facilitate the identification and onboarding of the new PMs.
