What You'll Do
- Lead governance mechanisms and workstream initiatives for large scale technology programs , ensuring effective project and program management, stakeholder engagement and awareness, common activities, and other dependencies across all projects
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross discipline stakeholders to inform on status reporting and risk management, prioritize strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Maintain the client relationship and keep the client and stakeholders engaged in the project (ie : status reporting, issues management, and risk management)
- Establish and / or manage to key performance metrics, reporting mechanisms, and dashboards to track project performance, resource utilization, and overall portfolio health.
- Drive process optimization and the adoption of best practices in project and program management, ensuring the continuous enhancement of internal processes and documentation / knowledge sharing practices related to effective program governance
