Job Title : Principal Consultant - Salesforce Technical Architect
Who you are :
You are the Salesforce subject matter expert, focused on designing and ensuring the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for and with our clients. You are a self-driven individual with a "get it done" attitude and a passion for solving complex business and technology problems.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the technical design and delivery of declarative and custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, and deliverables, and set and manage expectations
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform within clients' architectural landscape
- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end-states
- Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
- Provide expert guidance and support business development opportunities, including writing content for Proposals & SOWs and presenting solutions to prospective clients
- Support recruiting, selection, staffing, and onboarding of consultants to projects; assist in qualifying opportunities and work with people managers and consultants to assess project fit

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is $167,000-$190,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

This is a Northern California-based role.
