Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Consultant level the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $203,000. For this position at the Senior Consultant level the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $203,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do
- Work with the client using a future focused mindset to understand their long-term Enterprise goals, understand how the ServiceNow platform’s GRC capabilities fits into their Enterprise application ecosystem, design a roadmap, and communicate how the ServiceNow platform could move them towards their goals
- Design technical architecture of ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices. Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution architectures, configurations, and integrations
- Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications and modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity Management, and other related modules
- Analyze business requirements for GRC/IRM processes, translating them into user stories with technical specifications. Participate in workshops to gather and validate requirements
- Work within an Agile framework, creating user stories, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives, and delivering solutions iteratively
- Develop custom integrations between ServiceNow GRC/IRM and other systems using APIs and scripting. Customize applications and modules for specific business needs
- Conduct thorough testing of configurations and customizations. Develop and execute test plans and scripts
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements
- Analyze existing GRC/IRM processes and identify improvement opportunities using ServiceNow. Recommend and implement process improvements
- Provide technical expertise on ServiceNow GRC/IRM capabilities and best practices to business stakeholders. Assist with solution selection and road-mapping
- Mentor and train other team members on ServiceNow GRC/IRM functionalities and best
- You are a person who likes being part of modern, developing teams and have implemented ServiceNow technologies and delivering ServiceNow projects.
- You have experience delivering complex ServiceNow GRC implementations, with multiple stakeholders recommending and implementing solutions for exceptional outcomes.
- You have a passion for leveraging ServiceNow for improving how people live and work; for making things easier and better. You enjoy defining and implementing solutions that simplify, enhance, extend, and empower people to love what they do.
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of an organization from end users to senior executives, including both technical and non-technical audiences
- Capable and reliable in meeting tight schedules and deadlines as well as high attention to detail while maintaining clear customer expectations throughout the life cycle of an engagement
- BA/BS Degree in IT, Computer Science, IS, or a business-related field or equivalent professional experience
- 4 Years ServiceNow experience, including custom development, configuration.
- 2 Years ServiceNow GRC/IRC experience
- High Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Builder for Workspaces, etc.)
- Strong understanding of GRC/IRM best practices and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT)
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Business Process and Solution design experience is a plus
- Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate with all levels of our organization
- Certified ServiceNow GRC Professional or Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Preferred
