As a ServiceNow Technical Expert at Slalom, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative solutions to our clients. With a strong background in ServiceNow design and development, you will be responsible for leading implementation workshops, developing technical design documents, and defining standards for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to deliver industry and ServiceNow best practices around Service Portfolio Management (SPM). You will also be responsible for driving design and decisions on requirements, working successfully across both business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.
Our ideal candidate will have 10 years of broad experience across IT operational spectrum, 5 years of ServiceNow specific experience, and expertise in ITIL or IT4IT framework and design exposure. They will also have experience implementing specific ServiceNow Product suites, integration with cloud ecosystems, and understanding of common ServiceNow dev platforms and methods.
In addition to your technical expertise, we are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills, ability to work successfully across business and technical stakeholders, and experience contributing to the development of delivery tools and resources.
