Who You'll Work With
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team. Must be willing to work a hybrid work schedule, ideally 2-3 days / wk onsite to our client's location in Phoenix. Onsite requirement would be variable week to week.
What You'll Do
- Facilitating scrum ceremonies
- Daily scrum, sprint planning, review and retrospectives
- Identifying and removing roadblocks
- Coaching and mentoring supporting team members in developing their agile skills and understanding of scrum

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $63 / hr to $83 / hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
