Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Program Director to lead and drive an enterprise-wide Workday initiatives. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic program management, and strong business relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will partner with the business leaders to gather, prioritize, and execute the requirements for both the HCM (Human Capital Management) and Financial Management modules in Workday.

Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather, define, and prioritize Workday HCM and Financials requirements.
- Lead the implementation of Workday initiatives with a group of project managers and manage program risks and dependencies
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to translate needs into project requirements.
- Work with technical teams to design, test, and implement Workday configurations, ensuring best practices and compliance.
- Establish governance framework to manage multiple initiatives
- 15 years of Workday experience, preferably in HCM and Financials with experience in system implementation, configuration, or optimization.
- Strong ability to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Experience collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to drive system improvements.
- Knowledge of business process design, reporting, and integrations within Workday.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday certifications in HCM or Financials preferred
