What You'll Do
- Lead the development of our corporate design strategy
- Lead or contribute to the development of key corporate design systems
- Develop inspirational creative and design for a variety of strategic programs
- Work across functions and organizations to contribute to our understanding of our design community and develop investment programs
- Contribute to the creation of design-thinking educational material, workshops and programs
- Visit design Slalom teams across the world to build connections and partnerships
- Inspire and energize your teammates through mentorship and expertise

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary range is $165,000 to $200,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
