Duties
- Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and compliance with facility rules.

- Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including lounges, towels, and surrounding spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections of pool facilities to ensure safety standards are met
- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills as necessary.

- Lifeguard certification is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain is essential.
