Responsibilities :
Prepare and execute menu items with precision and consistency
Possess strong butchering skills and proficient knife skills
Follow recipes and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
Experience working on the hot line and grill station
Set up, organize, clean, and sanitize workstations
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work a varied schedule
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred in a full-service restaurant
Strong butchering skills and proficient knife skills
Ability to read and execute recipes accurately
Experience working on the hot line and grill station
Knowledge of setting up, organizing, and cleaning workstations
Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays
Food Handler Certified
E-Verify participation. EOE, FCO compliant
