Attorney/Lawyer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated a Lawyer to join our legal team. This role requires a willingness to work with Kansans injured on the job, engage in legal research and the ability to litigate effectively on behalf of clients. The successful applicant will be committed to providing high-quality legal representation and guidance while navigating complex legal issues.

Duties

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including trials and hearings.
• Conduct thorough legal research using platforms such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various matters.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations, particularly personal injury and workers compensation law.
• Assist clients with estate planning needs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
• Provide counsel on immigration matters, helping clients navigate the complexities of .
• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to develop effective case strategies.

Skills

• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
