We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Property Manager for a brand new luxury apartment community Slate at Merrimack.

In supporting Cambridge Management Services, Inc.’s commitment to excellent customer service and a high quality living environment, the Property Manager, under the supervision of the Regional Manager, is responsible for maximizing all phases and performance of his/her property.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- At least three years experience in a Multi-family property management role
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, have excellent team building skills, strong management skills and have great time management .
- Must have proficient computer skills (Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word), OneSite Accounting system experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively and concisely communicate current property status with management, owners and others.
